What does Monthly Maintenance include?
For R199 a month you get 30 minutes of website updates, website software updates, security updates and a backup of your website stored offline.
What if I need more than 30 minutes of updates?
Extra time is charged at R500 per hour. We always tell you the estimated time first.
Do unused minutes carry over?
The 30 minutes are for each month and don’t roll over, which keeps the price low.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Maintenance is billed monthly and you can cancel with a month’s notice.
Do I need maintenance if I don’t have a CMS?
Yes, it is the easiest way to keep an industry website up to date, because we make all the changes for you.
